Do not come here for storage. These people are so unorganized and give misguided information to customers. I went to look for a unit. The day I looked around at the climate control units, there was confusion of which unit was what size. I saw a 15X15 unit which looked much smaller than a 10X15. The 15X15 was also priced cheaper than the 10X15. When asked about this, they said "there MUST be some kind of error on our paper". Their paperwork with prices on it consists of papers on a clipboard handwritten with things crossed out and remarked. But the the 10X15 that looked bigger I asked if I could have it placed on hold or if I needed to pay for it at that time. I said I preferred to wait til the following week if they could put my name on the unit because I could not start moving stuff in til the next week anyway. She said yea no problem. I gave her my first name and came back the following week only to find that they rented that unit and there were no other units available in a 10X15 climate controlled. Then, the employees daughter was visiting her and when I asked what kind of accomidation could be made here because I was told the unit would be on hold for me and I had to move my stuff in 2 days (this was a Friday... I had to move my stuff by Sunday)? Her daughter said, "she has cancer and should not have to deal with this stress. Maybe you should go somewhere else!" "She does not get paid enough for this" is what she said when she left. I was very disatisfied the way things were handled. If you mess up at a job the last thing you want to do is upset the customer more but saying the above stuff. Granted the worker did not say this (her daughter did) but then maybe the workers family should not visit her at work. I highly recommend looking for a more reputable place. One that is more organized and one who does not have too sick of people who are unable do their job. I feel bad that she has cancer but then they need to have someone else there that can do the job to help her and to help the customers get proper information. Unfortunetly, this is the type of place that seems would lose a payment due to unorganization and would turn around and make it seem to be your fault and would charge you late fees. They still never checked to see if their size of storage is correct so you may be paying more than what you should be for certain size rooms. You may be paying for a 10X15 and may only be getting a 10X13 or a 10X10.
well it dose not let u on after 7. pm. and when u get out of work at 4.30.traffic is bad so they lock up at 7. you have no time but on weekends. that suck a lot of places have code and video. all nighters
I been trying to get in touch with the manager since March 2016 its October 2016. They are only available Monday thru Friday 12 to 5 and 11 to 4 on Saturday. If you call after hours you are calling a call center in Arizona. Dont call the call center cause they not useful but accept payments. Must be nice to have a call center in Arizona and a business in Pennsylvania. Your buisness is only a 5 hr a day 5 days a week. Ran by idiots. Amazing part is ppl forgot how to use a phone. A complete runaround lack of communication and total lack of common sense.
